Introduction

My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and realistic way possible. I challenge each client mentally and physically, most importantly to not quit on themselves.

My name is James Searcy. I have always enjoyed fitness since a young age and have been in the fitness industry since 2015. I began powerlifting in 2016, where i still currently hold the squat record of 1,058 pounds. In 2019, I took on bodybuilding and fell in love with the sport. In 2020, I began personal training and program design to help clients reach their set goals in a reasonable amount of time.

I specialize in program design, weight training, weight loss, strength training, and body building for beginners as well as the advanced athlete.
