Our Service allows users to submit an application for employment at https://www.usfitnesscareers.com/. If you submit an application for employment, we provide the opportunity for you to submit some or all of the Personal Information listed in Section 2, above. This information ensures we can contact you and comply with applicable employment law. Our Service may allow users to upload documents relating to their application for employment (namely, a resume and cover letter). Our Service is intended for individuals over eighteen 18 years of age. We do not target children and do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13). When a user discloses Personal Information on our Service, the user is representing to us that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
